Description
Venetian villa with centuries-old park.
A few kilometres from Vicenza, nestled among rolling hills, lies the Villa da Schio complex.
It is surrounded by an 18th-century park with large avenues lined with centuries-old trees and wide green spaces.
The villa, designed in the Palladian style by Antonio Pizzocaro, is famous for its historic park, Italian garden and numerous statues by Orazio Marinali.
The central body of the villa reflects the typical structure of Venetian villas, built around an internal courtyard surrounded by a majestic colonnade, flanked by barns and a private chapel. The entire complex was commissioned by the Piovene family in the second half of the 17th century.
With its splendid park and almost 6,000 square metres of residential space, it offers a unique opportunity in a setting of rare beauty. Thanks to its exclusive location, the villa currently hosts private events such as weddings, meetings, parties and receptions. It also offers accommodation.
