Venice is an amalgam where art and history blend with the uniqueness of the natural environment, the water reflects the sky, the light refracts and reverberates on the walls of the buildings
and through the windows, bringing its unique colours into the homes. It is impossible not to want to own a piece of it, perhaps a small one, but still a piece.
This may be why, in 2024, the prime and super-prime property market in the city of the Doges saw a significant increase in values (19.3%),with an average price per square metre now exceeding £7,500 per square metre and reaching peaks of £20,000 per square metre for renovated properties.
