This cosy pied-à-terre, completely renovated, with exposed beams and elegant finishes, offers an excellent and confortabile stay. The interiors and layout of the apartment are extremely functional, making perfect use of the space. Equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, washer-dryer and large bespoke wardrobes.

Dorsoduro is one of the most characteristic areas of Venice, with magnificent palazzi, winding rii (small canals) and campielli, where the frenetic rhythms of daily life find tranquillity. At the same time, it is perhaps one of the richest areas for art galleries and museums, such as the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and the Gallerie dell’Accademia, to name but a few. Fine cafes and restaurants are the perfect accompaniment to a “suite” between art and history, as are the windows of craft shops and other small, sought-after boutiques.
There are numerous vaporetto stops that perfectly connect Dorsoduro with the entire city, the islands, Piazzale Roma and the railway station. The closest are La Salute, Santo Spirito and Accademia.
