UK: Uncertainty remains the watchword in the run up to the polls

According to the ONS, average prices continued to fall on an annual basis in Greater London, by 0.4%, although this marked the shallowest decline in pricing since summer last year. This reflects trends in pricing in the prime London market, where price declines are narrowing and activity is beginning to pick up – a trend that could gain momentum if some clear political direction is provided by the results of the General Election.
