Who we are

The original Venice Real Estate SRL was established   over 17 years ago and over the period of its history has had various guises and locations.

The current agency ” VENICE REAL ESTATE SRL”  is located in premises immediately near S.Marco Square –Bacino Orseolo Calle Tron 1130,  and employs a staff  is dott. Franco Bombassei-President and Filippo & Serena Bombassei , offering a comprehensive range of property services with the highest standards of customer care.

Franco Bombassei  Doctor accountant, obtaining State certification, in 1966. He began his career in Venice at his studio at San Marco 1130, Venice.

Franco Bombassei was  founder and first president of the Association of Young Venetian Accountants Since 1989 it has been permanent consultant to Venice city council via a part owned company in major purchases of buildings and land in Marghera by companies in the ENI Group. The studio has also acted  as purchasing  consultant for  some of Venice’s most important real estate operations. Over the last ten years the studio has specialised ever more in real estate and contract consulting.

For nine years he was president of the Venice area CONFEDILIZIA (Building Association). For over six years he was president of the BREK RISTORANTI group. For five years he was chairman of the board of auditors of the PAM and PANORAMA Supermarket Group and chairman of the board of auditors of QUAKER BEVERAGES ITALIA SPA (the manufacturers of Gatorade). He has also sat on the board of auditors of CHIARI & FORTI SPA ( Quaker Oats Company) for more than ten years. Now  President of Venice Real Estate SRL.
